I transferred from another dental provider that I had a very bad experience with. Dr. Goulet and her team were very informative as well as compassionate. They did their very best to see to my needs and they all demonstrated a high level of empathy and listened to my concerns.

Not recommended, at all. Called to schedule an appointment, they asked me for my SSN to verify if my insurance was in network, they verified and said YES, they gave me an appointment. They assured me that insurance verification would call me back that same day, obviously, they didn't. Left a message by the end of the day and my call was NEVER returned. Called in the morning prior to my appointment. They said there was an issue verifying my insurance, they recommended me to go to the office. MIND YOU, a 45 minute from from my house, I asked if they could verify on the phone so I avoid driving there in case I can't be seen. They said they would "try" to call me, never did of course. Got to the office 30 minutes prior to my appointment. My appointment was scheduled at 9. Front desk was supposedly trying to find my insurance. Never got back to me, I got the ID card and I gave it to the lady up front. At 9:10 the front desk calls me to say that my plan is a HMO, so out of network, they can't see me. I wasted hours from work, away from my baby, and drove 90 minutes for nothing. Horrible place, unprofessional. I work in medical offices with insurance as well and I never ever waited that l

This place is beautiful. From the staff to the ambiance and not to mention the care. I felt right at home. I felt safe and cared for. Thank you so much to each and every one of you for your devotion to providing excellent service and fit going the extra mile to securing my comfort. ❣️

Great hygienist. The cleaning was thorough but gentle, and they made me feel comfortable the whole time. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend them.
